Malfoy, go fetch me Robards from the DMLE and tell him to bring the file on Hornby. Boot, fetch me her file from the Department of Education.

To those of you who can read this, any and all information any of you can give me on Hortense Hornby would be appreciated, especially anything that may be pertinent to her death. I apologise if this is insensitive to some of you who may have been her friend, but we do not want someone out there dishonouring her name.

	I don't know everything about ghosts, but there are some like poltergeists who are able to touch things (Peeves, for instance) but I can't recall anything in books about ghosts with unfinished business being able to use magic or touch things. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	How would they possess the Dictaquill in the first place? It is a far more plausible explanation that someone might have gotten her journal, read her entries, and used the information they have to confuse everyone else.
